Bark is a transformer-based productive text-voice model developed by Suno. In addition to multilingual speech, music can produce background noise and sound effects; it also supports nonverbal communications such as laughter and sighing. In order to support the research community, pre-trained model checkpoints have been presented for inference and commercial use.
