Fredy is an open-source software that follows new ads and can run on your own server by scanning 21 different real estate portals across Europe. Thanks to searches managed via the web interface, it clears duplicate ads on different platforms and sends alerts via selected notification channels when a new ad is found. It also calculates the budgetability of the advertisements according to the financial data entered and shows actual travel times on the map according to the different types of transportation.
