httpstat (Python)

httpstat is a Python tool that visualizes the statistics of the curl command as DNS, TCP, TLS, server processing, and content transfer times. It is a single-file script with no external dependency and is compatible with Python 3. It offers color output to the terminal, as well as structured data in the JSON format, and features SLO threshold control to save results to the file.

What can it do?
  • You review HTTP requests via the terminal in color for DNS, TCP, TLS, and transfer times
  • You process data in automation processes by outputting in JSON or JSONL format
  • By checking the performance thresholds you set, you will catch an error with the transaction codes in case of a breach.
