LoopX is an open-source and local-priority control plane with a durable state core for long-term AI agents and teams. It works with working times such as Codex, Claude Code, and DeepSeek Harness, maintaining goals, decisions, and evidence between sessions. It connects projects, plans a to-do list, and establishes a signal (heartbeat) mechanism that maintains agent processes.
