Mediasoup

Mediasoup is a SFU (Selective Forwarding Unit) library that supports WebRTC and plain RTP input/output, running on the server side as a Node.js module or Rust crate. It has a minimalistic design that only manages the media layer and offers a low-level API that does not mandate any signaling protocol. Thanks to C++-encoded media worker threads, it features advanced features such as multistream, simulcast, SVC and bandwidth prediction.
