Neutralinojs

Neutralinojs is a lightweight and portable framework that allows you to develop cross-platform desktop applications using JavaScript, HTML and CSS. Instead of hosting an embedded Chromium or Node.js, it uses the operating system's existing web browser library and implements a WebSocket connection for local transactions. You can also expand your applications through extensions IPC with different programming languages, or run them as part of any source file using child processes IPC.
