pagescms

Pages CMS is a content management system that allows you to directly manage content and media through the GitHub repository. Both the hosted version (hosted) can be used and run for development in the local environment with the PostgreSQL database requirement. A GitHub App must be created for installation and the necessary environmental variables (environment variables) must be configured.

What can it do?
  • Using the hosted version directly, you edit their content without local installation.
  • By completing the PostgreSQL and GitHub App configuration, you run the application in the local environment.
  • You make improvements by executing database migration commands and managing the cache state.

    Localisation support

“Hey, I've had a look through the website, and also all the GitHub issues. I see no mention of i18n or localisation. Am I correct in assuming that pages-cms currently does not support localisation at all? That seems like an unexpected omission from a CMS.”

    Cloudinary (CDN) support for images

“Would it be possible to support external CDN (like Cloudinary) for the image storage? this would keep the GitHub repo clean and the page could leverage CDNs. At least Cloudinary also has a Vue.JS integration:”
