PyDub

Pydub is a Python library that allows to edit audio files at millisecond sensitivity. It supports a large number of audio formats using the FFmpeg infrastructure and performs operations on audio files such as cutting, merging, sound level switching, and effect implementation. The sound objects formed as a result of the operations are immutable (immutable) and bitrate definitions can be made with metadata during export.
