react-native-elements

React Native Elements (RNE) is a cross-platform UI toolkit that offers ready-made interface components for React Native applications. It comes with @rneui/base and themeable @rneui/themed packages. When used in conjunction with React Native for Web, the same codebase runs on iOS, Android, and the web; there is an official Expo demo application showing all components, and a VS Code plugin.
