restic

Restic is a backup program running on Linux, macOS, Windows, and various BSD systems. It transfers data in an encrypted way to local directories, SFTP servers, or various cloud storage services. It manages backup repositories protected by the password set by the user and allows past backups to be examined by connecting to the file system via FUSE.

  • You can store your data on remote servers using various backends, such as SFTP, Amazon S3, or Google Cloud Storage.
