RoutingBlocks is an open-source Python package that allows to implement algorithms for vehicle routing problems with intermediate stops. It offers high-performance C++-based data structures and modular components, enabling the development of problem-specific meta-intuitive algorithms. It contains a framework for local search solver and ALNS-based meta-intuitives.
