sem

Sem is a version control tool that runs on Git and analyzes code structures using tree-sitter. It detects changes at the asset level, such as function, class, and method, rather than line changes. It runs on existing Git repositories without requiring any installation and stores the SQLite-based asset cache in the operating system's cache directory.

What can it do?
  • Instead of code lines, you can study changes in functions and classes at the asset level.
  • You can use it directly in existing Git repositories without any preparation.
  • You can manage query and repository privacy by configuring the optional cloud permission stream.

    Request to add Perl support
