Stirling-PDF

Stirling PDF is an open-source PDF platform that offers over 50 vehicles including editing, merging, partitioning, signing, redaction, conversion, OCR, and compression. The personal desktop application, browser interface, or custom API runs on your own server and processes documents without sending them to external services. Almost all vehicles are available with REST API; the project is in the open core (open-core) model, and corporate features such as SSO, audit, are offered with Server/Enterprise plans.
