Tendermint Core is a Byzantine Error Tolerance (BFT) intermediate software that safely replicates state transition machines written in any programming language over multiple machines. Developed with the Go language, it is used to provide consensus protocol in distributed systems. The project is preferred in the production environment on public and private blockchain networks such as the Cosmos Network.
