The gearess is a distributed clustering system that allows horizontal scaling of MySQL-based databases. It increases database capacity by the generalized method of fragmenting (sharding) and allows the application layer to run independently of the distribution of data. It supports the management of large-scale database infrastructures thanks to its cloud native architecture.
