Deepnote, Jupyter'a açık kaynaklı bir alternatif olarak sunulan, .deepnote YAML biçimini kullanan veri defteri formatı ve araç setidir. Bu depo VS Code, Cursor ve Windsurf eklentileri ile .ipynb dosyalarını dönüştüren @deepnote/convert aracını sunar; SQL, girdi ve grafik gibi bloklar @deepnote/blocks paketiyle tanımlanır.
